I assume this is different from Lightning Bitcoin because the latter is a fork of BTC. Guess what, HitBTC will be listing it as LBTC too. 
we contacted HitBTC and had conversation about listing LBTC - Litebitcoin
hopefully the LBTC your are referring to is Litebitcoin but not Lightening bitcoin ....
