If he had something to justify his position he would have said it but since he did not gave a single reason for this then we can say that he is just trying to FUD or troll people, if he is trying to FUD then this is one of the worst attempts I have seen, the most effective FUD is in fact the one that has a lot of content explaining why he thinks the way he thinks and if there are bad news and a correction the FUD can be very effective.
