I'm curious to see if it is manipulation or not...
It was at the top when placed, suggesting it wants to be bought.I'm curious to see if it is manipulation or not...
Maybe a board member with prior knowledge of a coming announcement?

I suspect this one is legit. The last major legit buy order wall I saw was 100 at 4.7 (it was eaten)
