Just wanna ask, what is the reason why the ICO is postponed? And so, will it soon relaunch again? How long does it take for this project to launch again, so I can participate once again? 
It's no rare practice for ICO's. Funds raised during PreICO can be used for marketing campaign and further promotion. Or there may be some adjustments made in smart-contracts. Just follow ther thread and Telegram.
