You should create Ticket Support, and then reply their first message regarding checking the FAQ.
And if it's any help, ask them again on Twitter with your ticket number.
So far I haven't heard anyone get their deposit back even tho they did the above steps,
but that's the only way that we can do.
Some people experience 20 days and counting without real support reply.
Again, let me emphasize this, NO ONE gets their deposit back YET.
