I am not a scammer but can not get passed the final smstext message to my cell phone, even though I am using the SAME phone for Two factor authentic with it  to see my utrust dashboard.  Id now has my form A, passport photos, utility bill and online signed  consent form but I  still am not verified.   Utrust keeps telling me that I should be able to redo the verification but when I go to idnow they do not connect me to an agent but send an onscreen message saying I need to contact utrust support .  This is  very frustrating for me. I have tried verifying about 8-10 times but get the same error at the end of the idnow process.  Then to read your post is too much. Not everyone who is having problems with verifying is a scammer.   I am losing hope as there seems to be no resolution from UTRUST on how to overcome my SMS text problem.
