please help, its unconfirmed for 10 days!
I sent from poloniex to my local btc exchange market and it was confirmed in just 3 hours.
but 10 days ago I sent btc from my local market to poloniex and its still unconfirmed, I think thats because they keep fee for themselves?
i dont know.
