Mine is sync'd with Apple's one, which is running 3 secs slower than https://www.worldtimeserver.com/ - do you have a specific time server you're syncing to that works?
Just try a few seconds earlier next hour, see what works for you. Think of it as a challenge to get it accelerated 
My PC is 1.5 seconds behind of https://time.is/.
