If your Swap request is older than 24 hours and you did not receive any coins yet, further clarification may require.

Common issues are; incomplete or wrong values (txid, amount), no related swap request at all or multiple requests.
In all these cases, we need to validate that swap. Please send me a PM on Discord with all data you have like screenshots and values entered (especially sender address).
