In case you want to reset your 2FA we need
- Username
- The exacht numbers from the HBC and BTC on the account
- How many people do you have in your downline
- BTC transaction proof
without these informations everybody can say that his account is gone.
where to throw all the data?
I have already forwarded the details to Homeblock support but I haven't heard from them, they haven't responded to my email, I wonder why?
Ever since I started dealing with this coin, I have never being happy. Buying the coin was really hard, I spent sleepless nights.
Now getting my account fixed is also a daily struggle, am almost giving up on Homeblock.
