I surely do understand your concern about security. Scams are getting more common in India, and one has the right to ask questions before he/she makes a purchase. And is in case of mining rigs, the amount is higher than usual, so it is of utmost importance, that you should be assured in what and whom you are investing in.
As far as the pricing goes, it is a common logic that online prices of equipments are generally high. I have contacts with specific dealers here in Mumbai, who provide equipments at a reasonable rate, cheaper than usual markets, as well as online markets. So in turn, my rigs are built are lower costs, and so are my prices.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell the price of each and every part of the build to others, but i can surely say that the prices you mentioned above, are high and are equivalent to online markets.
I have good relationships with my dealers, who provide me equipments. This again helps me to minimise costs, because I have been frequently dealing with them.
