If possible, could you please accelerate my transaction? I don't know what else to do!!

Thanks for getting back to me. I've been reading up on this for quite a while and thought the transaction fee was based on the size of the transaction (191b) and not the amount (1+ BTC). It's the only BTC I've ever bought so not the most clued up on this. I also went for the recommended amount by my QT wallet (it wasn't fully synced at the time so not sure if this is why it recommended such a small amount).
Is there anything that can be done? Would be really grateful for your help.
