I created a token, but token balance isn't shown  at Etherscan at all.

What I did is
1, deployed the source code from Ethereum Wallet Mist.
(then I checked my Ethereum address at Etherscan, but there are no balance and transaction log for my token at all)
2, Send it to my second Ethereum address.
(then I checked my second Ethereum address at Etherscan, but there are no balance and transaction log for my token at all)

Please...help me... what should I do to be my token shown? Where should I improve ...? Please...thank you...
