The tools are developed. It's the database that needs to be built for properly guiding their software in market interference.
database can be build in test. you can simulate all predictions (i understand that you couldn't, since you're stupid as fuck) and all response actions from the softwaresure thay need live data ibn live conditions. but software is not so stupid (as you), that can't identify some paterns.
