Antpool is using new PPS+ . that also give back the transaction fees to workers too. I split my workers to Antpool and Slushpool, and they are avg 0.20 to 0.26 per S9. I am in Slushpool for a week+ now, and kind of disappointed on the inconsistency of block finding.
No one can guarantee how often a block will be found, or when.
If you absolutely must have consistent payouts every day, then yes, PPS is for you. Keep in mind that you'll end up not making as much in the long run.
