Seems you have got the news of NEM and WeChat wrong. WeChat does not directly cooperate with NEM. The integration of NEM payment option via WeChat messager is a third-party application. WeChat is not involved into the development at all.
I'm aware of that.
I mean if ID cards are developed and integrated in WeChat (no matter with whom assistance) app using NEM, it will be a huge success
