Can you explain than what is this partnership, that is loudly called "partnership with Estonia" ? What I see from public registers is that

1. Ecomen Consulting OÜ (company existing since 2012) was renamed on 02.12.2017 to TokenEST OÜ
2. Members of the board are basically have no any influence in Estonia and has nothing to do with Estonian goverment (see the list here https://www.riigikogu.ee/riigikogu/koosseis/riigikogu-liikmed/)
3. The news looks like PR without any real outcome
