I resolved this issue connecting the ATX power supply with the 4 pin in the breakout board.
Which breakout board are you using and how did you link it to your ATX power supply? Is there a 4 pin connector on the breakout board or did you physically connect a wire to pin # 4? If so, which pin on the ATX side? A picture would be great if you have one
