Onnz423 currently has an open loan with me, I am holding his account as collateral. He has shown to redeem his previously loans, but if his account is rendered worthless that may not be the case again.
I don't understand why you gave him loan when he had an active loan with me.
Taking 2 loans from different lenders without informing didn't you check for his active loan ?
Didn't check. In any case, he took a loan from me before, whilst having two other active loans and still repaid. Next time I'll be sure to check.
