So why is he constantly changing the ICO token prices now? and not making any updates?! In his last post on twitter he said that the internal exchange will be ready on 27 Dec. It is now 28 Dec and no update about it.
I've no idea - he doesn't seem to have the best grammar. Maybe he meant it would be done in development on the 27th. It wouldn't make sense to start the exchange before the ico is over
