It doesn't seem like they are in any hurry to follow through with their promotion. For the most part in my experience books pay out the next day or soon after.  Going on 2 weeks now.
How long does it take to weed out the faucet players and why should this effect people who play by the rules?  
I emailed support and they never replied.  Just bad customer support overall from here.  I'll keep checking this thread.
