Investing in your ICO right now I think is quite dangerous due to a large amount of scam! As it was your remark it would be safer to wait for the end of the ICO! And a couple of months to see what and how!
I'm sure that this is not a scam. Check their team and their advisers
My biggest issue is that there must be good dev but also good marketing. Let's hope that Neuromation will have both.
