No delay, Coinexchange told us the launch date is on the 28.12.2018, they will announce it on their Twitter account today.Minimum must be lowered for both BTC and HBC withdrawal from the web platform, there is no point to ask 10 HBC minimum for a withdrawal for example since transfer fee are very low, failure to do so will make that lending platform not appealing to potential investors since better options with internal exchange are currently available...imo
