For some reason, now poloniex freshdesk is showing me 102 days of "being processed", although it's been 218 since I reported an issue....
Timeline:
- 24th May - reported an issue
- 14th Sep - FIRST reply from support (person A)
- 14th Sep - I provided detailed calculations stating one of my currencies has wrong balance
- 15th Sep - support reporting, everything looks normal
- 15th Sep - they request you are requested to provide a list of the precise times/dates/amounts that led to the allegedly wrong balance
- 16th Sep - I've prepared spreadsheet with all my transactions of given currency, along with deposits/withdrawals and calculations, result is obviously different than the one on polo
- (2 mo no answer)
- 7th Nov - I apologize for the delay in response time. - (person B)
- No answer since then
218 days and counting... get your coins out of polo
I'm gonna make list of my trades with this coin public once this will reach 365 days...
