Do you think can we get it back or not? Because after a bad experiences with EXMO support, I fell hopeless of get my BTC back again.
I do not know what to think... Support is bad, owners and all staff is from ex-USSR.. I see no logic why some operations are sent to network others - not.
Based on other users' feedback - operations over 5k. have the longest hold period (10-15 days and more).
They say that this situation is because of the BTC network overload that is big lie (they even do not try to send operation to network)... Support asks you wait again and again - looks like they have financial problems and gain time holding big operations and asking clients to wait.. How serious their problems and will these operation be on network - I do not know..
