Why is Satoshi Nakamoto being stolen his coins? Is he unworthy? WTF! If people get stolen as a natural procedure, this coin is already born as a scam. Why do you really intend to scam his coins out? Do you think the community will love you better?
Do you think if Satoshi was alive he wouldn't have given away/sold his fortune to guarantee a fair market for everyone who wants to own BTCs? I think your question was already answered on page 42. Nobody can actually access anybody's wallet; the coins are going to be created at the launch of the fork. I see it more of a noble way of redistributing the wealth among the crushed BTC traders. I did the math, and we currently have roughly 14 M wallets with balances ranging from 1$ -TO- 10s of millions $, and since there is no way to determine which are going to be eligible for the distribution, we'll assume that we will divide the 2M B2X / 14 M wallets = 0.13 B2X roughly! Which isn't that big of a deal, but will actually result in a considerable price correction for B2X VS BTC, because at the end of the day, if we keep turning our backs to cold wallets that HODL pretty big chunks of the overall market circulation, then we're driving the price up higher than what it should be at. Think about it for a second its all about Supply and demand at the end.
