The premine is ~1% ,something like 7 000 000 coins or the first 280 blocks . Other coins premine is around 5% to 20% . And the exchanges wants 1-3 BTC to add and support new coins.
And now a lot of miners that sell coins for few dollars are keeping the price low.
But trading is needed. This will increase the price. Coins can't get into an exchange over a period of 1-2 days.
