It looks like there is one person in the whole of Macedonia who's selling it. You could also try Bitstamp which includes Macedonia on the list of countries you can sign up from.
I think my best bet would be to try Bitstamp.
I already registered and I am already waiting 3 days to get my account ID verified, is this normal ? How long approximately do I need to wait untill I get my account approved status ?
