I was about to join the
http://intensecoin.com/pool/ and when I was in the process of pointing my rigs to the pool (I have ~ 20 rigs), I got the "your IP is banned" msg.
WTF people?! Are you banning miners? Was using port 7777, but miner (xmr-stak) was changing difficulty. There is no contact email on the pool, only Slacker which I've never used and don't know how to use. And I have a static IP. Jeez! ...
I believe that Devs tracked IP for all high hashrate rigs. So if you come to mine in a short time and leave the raising diff for other miners, you got ban. Note, It's just my thinking in your case.
Moreover, ITNS community is very active at Discord. You can join and ask devs directly.
