That's because the whole purpose of the 'tomman' sockpuppet account was to place an entry in this lottery, and then falsely "win" it, relieving all pressure from the OP to pay anything to anyone.

Registered, got his posts in to free himself, and put his entry in this drawing... only to win, never claim, and disappear.

Doesn't everyone know that 70% of this forum is a scam or misinformation?

Agreed. But, come on, he could have at least sent 1 friggin btc to himself...

Low end scammers get away with so much and seem to be somewhat successful... they get comfortable not ever facing *real*  accountability and get lazy. I still don't get the purpose of faking lotteries though... is it just to collect information? gain trust?  what's the motive??

Although, if the OP had a lot to lose (a good account with a lot of posts/activity), I would venture to guess after these recent posts, tomman would suddenly re-appear and have a death in the family or some sob story, collect the BTC, and add 'trust' for robert5   I don't know... maybe part 2 of the setup has yet to surface  Tongue

EDIT:  I am sure the reason this isn't considered a 'scam' is because of the fact that he never said he was going to choose a RANDOM number to win... In the OP, he said he was going to choose a 'RADOM' number... of course... Radom, Poland... maybe their national number is 139?   Shocked  ( *sarcasm* )
