I would suggest some bug finding bounty.
Get the testers excited about trying the unimaginable on the platform
This is actually not a bad idea. Reward beta testers for each bug found, ranking by criticality on the system.
And reward the with TFT

People would get this more seriously with rewarding system I would test more for sure if there is reward included
