The Forbes article doesn't even mention Arabian Chain so I'm not sure why that's being linked.

Read carefully the second page  "Additionally, local startup ArabianChain is helping to move inter-governmental paperwork onto the blockchain, and Dubai Future Accelerators"

Fair enough, I didn't see a page 2. However, It's only a passing 'Dubai state of play' comment and not a more substantial Forbes feature on Arabian Chain. I don't think it's enough to say "We've been in Forbes".
