I was thinking something like that as well. *puts tinfoil hat* How come that there is no 14TH/S version in last few months? I think last 14TH/s version was like in summer IIRC, since then rest of is only 13.5TH/s. And when they get rid off every S9 for 3k  they will announce new miner *removes tinfoil hat*
