ICO price was even lower, but I expect t price raise at least to 25 cents, supported by NEO followers and China community.
I entered at 3.8 cents + ICO tokens.I sold some to cover my investment at 7.3 cents and I plan to sell the rest at 22-25 cents level.
i would second that opinion, sold half of my ico bag to take my initial investment out, and now i am either long for 1+ year or 30 cents
