Registered and logged in from UK but can't do anything without further verification. Like sending drivers licence photo to them in Korea, which gives me the creeps. It IS the best exchange for top prices. Need to think of a way to get verified without sending licence over. 
There's no way out of it now. The South Korean gov is now forcing bithumb to make all users verify. Bithumb won't be allowed to let people have anonymous accounts anymore.
All the South Korean exchanges will have to do know-your-customer (KYC) due diligence from now on.
