Can I ask you when did you ask for refund? I am thinking to do same thing with one of 2 orders.
A few days ago. Since then I've seen a note in the BFL forums indicating that Josh has set a no refund policy. Other posts indicate that refunds take 3-4 days to process, and then a while longer to post to your bank account.
