Can I use the same CC or do I have to go thru the hassle every month to make a new CC and sign up again and again each month. Is this the library method which didn't include HI-Res video on an Android device. I could pay you $1 a month to create the subs for me each month. 
As far as I tested, it is definitely possible to stream 720p / 1080p on an Android device with this provider.
This is indeed a library method, but there is no hassle at all. Literally takes 30 seconds to get a Lynda Premium subscription, which lasts minimum 1 month.
No CC / VPN is involved. Easily bottable also.
