hello!

I deposited some BTC for the ICO, but I couldn't get any.
now I want to withdraw, but, I doesn't allow me. tells me that I have to have at least 100 HBC coins in my wallet to be able to withdraw.
but at the actual price I don't have enough BTC and even if I have, it wouldn't make any sense.
How does it work?
