every single day ICO projects always appear with their respective advantages. but in fact, many are experiencing failure in the end. they just waste time and spend money to advertise? how about you're opinion 
I think that ico fails only 30% of the total ico that works.maybe the failed project is ico project that is not able to survive and has no obvious advantages.
