Just a simple question: if there's no whitepaper or foundation whatsoever, how could people and project reach consensus and move forward? I know voting would help, but you know pure democracy doesn't work many time, see the bitcoin community...
As you known we are blockchain and some technical detail in whitepaper seem don't need to repeat it again, people can find it in bitcoin, zcoin, ....
We have roadmap and voting system ( where everyone can do vote 1 smart = 1 vote )
