i have problem in sending money from my blockchain wallet from many days i see this error

BitcoindException(super=com.neemre.btcdcli4j.core.BitcoindException: Error #-26: 66: mempool min fee not met, code=-26)

and do not now why , i send ticket to support but not reply my .

This is a problem in their side so they're the only ones who can fix it. You've done your part now that you've sent a support ticket regarding this problem.
I'm sure they are already aware of this considering that you're not the only one whose currently experiencing this: (but I'm not sure if they're fixing this or what Roll Eyes

For now, If you want to access your funds, you can import it in another wallet using your recovery phrase/seed. You can find a tutorial in the links stated above^
