Sound advice sir no doubt about that.

Issue for the "casual" participant like myself is the time needed to constantly switch algos, miners, pools, etc. in order to stay on top of things.  For those with the time and the motivation - good for them.  As for myself I don't mind switching occasionally but not on a daily or weekly basis.

Of course once you've gotten yourself set up with the different clients, settings, etc.. a lot of that work is out of the way and it gets easier to swap around.  Wish I could afford to stay home and do this all day.
