Yes, new rules. No more date requirement (only Jr member required) and the post requirements are
*3 posts in bitcointalk forums (min 50 characters)
*2 posts in DeepOnion official forums
This is a really great change from the deeponion admins. It means many more Jr. mints like me can now participate in some of the air drops. Thank you!
