Simply? bitcoin is not going anywhere. Rich people will always manipulate the market and try to make profit of it. long term holders will eventually be the ones who make the biggest profit, checking the price on a daily basis will only give doubts and encourage you to sell, Its better to hodl and forget about them for sometime.
Well for me its up whether you are going to hold it or spend it already cause thats all yours, but well you should accept the fact that Bitcoin will fall down its value in the other day we dont know but well at least you are aware of it , yes it is just a roller coaster in which at some point you will be on top holding a huge amount of profit some times your at the bottom because of the dumps , but no matter what,I think you can still be profitable here.
