I believe you are running several accounts. Pool never deletes transaction items. Actually there's no transaction deletion code at all too.

Keep in mind that no one is experiencing similar issue like you.
I saw many people shouting at me scammer easily at first and found their mistake later and disappear without saying sorry.

I'm tired to check and response because you can also check your hashrate and payouts. You don't even do your basic checks.
If I were you I would explore transaction items first. You told me you paid out on early december too but your account mining started on 28th December.

Check your miner rigs and your other accounts.
