Yes, the more you contribute the higher the reward. The bounty pool gets distributed among 3 segments: Contribution, growth and promotion. We release 5000 VIB daily which get distributed among participants. If there are more participants, the reward gets smaller because everyone gets a share of the pool based on the amount they participated. Were hiring more people to start covering the weekends as well but it still takes anywhere from 48 to 72hours for your submissions to get checked because the response from the community is really overwhelming.
So basically It's not that if 1000 people contributed the same day each would recieve 5VIBs but those that contributed more would recieve 7VIBs and those that contributed less 3VIBs.
