Vega are running only on Windows now with beta blockchain drivers. So it will be 8 cards max on the same mobo
You can run all 12 slightly crippled with adren drivers. You are going to need a 100GB pagefile and A LOT of patience though

Your best bet is to run two 6 card Rigs currently, or dive face first and figure it out on your own.
