It is not limited when it comes to post. Just don't spam in any thread. You need at least 360 seconds interval before posting or commenting again in any thread. You also need to consider that the system will only accept 14 (max) of your post within two week period. For example, in a span of 2 weeks you made 16 posts, your activity will only be added by 14 activities not 16.
