An answer from Bittrex 's support team came "I want you to tell me the transaction ID".
The most important thing is that there is still no reply from Yobit.NET even after more than a month.
The Yobit.NET support team is not doing any work.

Damn, sorry to hear about whats happening to you. I am glad that I came across this post after googling if Yobit is legit or not.
I was going to arbitrage a coin that doesn't get much volume on their site since for some reason it is 40% lower than every other exchange...I don't think I will be taking that risk now.
I hope you get that situation figured out. That is completely unacceptable with that wait time and still not receiving a response...such a joke.
