Ty for posting this info. I just searched about it but didnt find in time. you helped me out.
It is official that only the user higher than junior level can load the image.
How can i get the junior member level?
Try to help people by answering questions and be an active community member. And take care on your account because if you loose it...everything starts at the begin :-)
